Vocus and Brian Solis conducted a research last year, whose main focus was to point out the most influential actions of users or brands in social media. The respondents could choose only one answer.
The research shows that the most important action in social media is to create attractive and well-prepared content – this answer was chosen by 50% of people. 31% claim that the most influential action online is author’s authenticity. The last of most important answers was fewer but deeper conversations – 10% of respondents.
